I believe this is a good photo, but I do seem a little uneasy about some of the snow being blurry. I use picasa editing and could go in and repair some I want to print this and possibly hang it in a local business for advertising as I live in MI.
and am trying to start business

I wouldn't worry about the snow being blurry. You've got pretty good exposure on the bridge.

What bothers me is the angle. The bridge carries me down to the lower right corner but the bright sky on that side immediately carries me to the upper right and out of the frame.

It might be better if the right 20% were cropped off so you could eliminate some of the sky.

What I would really like to have seen is the image taken from farther to your right so the bridge carries more across the frame. Of course you would still have the bright sky to deal with.

It will probably take a different day and a different sky but if it is close by just be patient.
