my biggest complaint would be that where the rocks meet the water on the left/center side you loose any definition, on the right against the sunset it looks good, though as stated a little washed out, the individual droplets just blend with the ocean in the background and it just a blob of grey...

The PS above me looks good, could a Graduated ND have really produced as good a shot as this PS?

Thanks a lot kursty79 and sk66 I am fairly new to this art so I had to google some of the terms lol... thank you kindly for your feedback... After looking at what you have done with the image I have to bite the bullet and splash some money on photoshop.
... and I have to read about filters thanks Kursty79

Ya you are right , I also just checked the focus points on the RAW file and it isn't in focus at that point. I guess manual focus would have been better with a higher iso and a faster shutter speed.
