Default Long Beach Harbor

I went to Long Beach a few days ago and was able to get out a take an image or two. Please let me know what you think. Thanx for the input

I think a lot of that wasn't there when I lived there in the late 70's. As for the picture, I would try to get a closer shot of the buildiing you are trying to focus on. There seems to be too much empty space on the left side.

I was trying to contrast the peaceful coastal front with the towering high rise buildings in the background, so I dod not crop it closer to the building. Maybe I should look at it cropped down and see what that gives me. Thanx for the input.

I like the shot; the colors of sky, water and reflection. I wish the front of the restaurant was in better focus. My eye wanders there then I can't make out all the detail of the patio area/front. Maybe a sparing amount of sharpening would help a bit? I too would crop the left a bit.

I did some cropping, but when I sent it to Flickr I updated instead of giving it a different name and I lost the original image. So, I just update the origianl post and replace the link to the update image. I'll figure this out some day. Please let me know what you think now.

I like it better now. There is more of a subject here and less open spaces.
