Hmmm... it's kind of hard to tell if you over edited it, without seeing the original.
But my first impression is, yes it does look a bit over-edited. I've never seen a sky that color before. Was it really that brown-green color to begin with, or did that happen with the editing?

Yeah, I agree, the greenish tint in the sky is unreal. If you shot this in RAW (or even in jpeg), try to tweak the white balance sliders a bit, to make it more real.

I don't think it looks natural either. It looks like one of those tobacco filters was used.
