Default Berlin Reichstag Dome

Hi everyone,
I took many pictures of this structure in the Reichstag dome and this was my favorite. Since I'm a young beginner at photography, any feedback will be very helpful but I particularly wanted feedback on my composition because that's something that I've been struggling with.
Thanks in advance!

It's enviably well exposed. I'd like more of the stunning repetition of the spiralling structure & less of the people below. Like others I'm trying to make my pictures my own rather than just a record of other peoples designs.

An overall pretty good shot, but its crooked *shudder* I was thinking something was wrong, and with the lack of straight lines, it was hard to be certain, but when you look out the window, you can tell that, yes, its not straight

First of all, I really like this shot. Congratulations on a job well done. The only thing I've even wondered about is the depth of field. Do any of your other shots have wider DOF? I'd be curious to see what the impact of having the people in sharper focus would be. But I might easily see that and prefer what you've got here. Print it and put it on your wall.

This is a very interesting subject and it is very well exposed - great job! I am drawn to the left of the frame and find the repetition and reflections in the tower very interesting.

My first thought is that I want to see more of the reflection in the tower but it ends very abruptly in the left side of the frame and also that the photo itself is crooked.

You have two points of interest in this photo, the tower and the people walking on the curved walkways to the right. Neither of them are really complimenting each other in this photo. I would like to see either more of the walkway and the people and less of the tower, or vice versa. Perhaps a composition with the tower in the center of the frame would work well also.

If it's possible, go back to this very interesting place and try to shoot some different compositions. I would be very interested in seeing the results. Keep up the good work.

I agree with Jason about the subject matter. I would make either the tower or the people the subject, but not both. Looks like a cool place to shoot.

Sorry its taken me a while to get back to this
First of all, thanks so much for the positive reviews! I'm glad you liked the picture
For the people that wanted to see the tower more centered in the picture, I do have one like that but I don't think the exposure is as great as my first picture and I feel as if its lacking something, but let me know if its interesting as the first one.

Thanks again!

There is a dynamic quality to the first image that is missing from the 2nd, so I believe I still like the first one better. It looks like a place you could shoot for a lot of different angles.

I like it. Very cool photo. Its probably just me as I'm a newbie in every aspect but I like the crookedness of the first photo.
