You have a very nice colour palette in your image, I like the range of colours from cold blue to that beautiful rose/pink. What focal length did you use? It's a nice photo but I think it lacks a real subject. Photos of sunsets and sunrises are often just splashes of nice colours with little real interest. |

It is a panoramic image, not a single photo. The point is in the unusual colors. If you look hard you may see the Ostankino TV tower

[/QUOTE] I wouldn't say the unusual colors are enough to attract ones attention beyond clicking the photo and moving on. Perhaps if the sky wasn't so blown out(?) or was in a little more detail, exposed less, blah blah blah, it might be more interesting. You could try darkening it. I did like the land part somewhat, just not the sky.

I like the colors in the shot, but as it's been said here before, you need more than that. The sunset colors make a great backdrop for your real subject. In this case, your focal point is the tower in the middle of the shot.
