Welcome to DPS. You have a nice scene there, but once my eye goes past the fence, there is no real subject or focal point like a boat in the water. It looks like your horizon is slightly lower on the left side also.

If you had a circular polarizer, it may have reduced the glare coming off the water surface (depending on the angle relative to the sun).
