Welcome to DPS and taking the step of posting an image for critique. You may get a better response if you follow the Critique Forum Rules.

Just a couple of things about your image. Generally one does not want the horizon to split the middle of the frame. Google Rule of Thirds to learn more. Your horizon is lower on the camera right. I'm sure you can straighten it in your editing software.

Could you have waited out the sunset to see what colors you may have gotten as the sun hit the horizon and gone lower?

Not knowing the settings you used limits any other feedback I can give. Hopefully the more experienced will chime in once you fix your post.
