what do you think? I have tried to be soft in nature with it. I played a bit in LH with it.

Need some EXIF data to tell what your camera settings were.

To get the silky look of the water its better to use a smaller aperture like starting at F/11 and smaller and increase the shutter time to as long as possible. I would also lower your ISO to the smallest amount as this would also allow more time for the shutter to be open.

Longer shutter, more silky the water will be.

I agree with what homank76 said.

You'll usually need at least 1-2 seconds for a shutter speed to get those milky white falls.

Try a longer shutter speed to get the flowing water effect. I have been practicing that with my sink faucet.

thank-you everyone. I wasn't shooting for the milky effect, but a softer look to the overall shot of the harsh, dark falls.
much appreciated.
