Default E. Tx. Sunset

I would like to have some comments on this photo. Is the sun too bright? I tried to put it up there to where your eyes would be drawn to it. But is is too much?

Camera Fujifilm FinePix S1000fd
Exposure 0.001 sec (1/2000)
Aperture f/4.0
Focal Length 24.7 mm
ISO Speed 64

IMHO the sun is much too bright. It draws your attention, but it is the only thing that you pay attention to. That is good use of the rule of thirds, and the trees provide a nice outline.

Thanks baileym, It seems to me that my eyes are very attracted to bright areas, but your right it wont let you go. Maybe I can tone it down. Thanks again, John
