I like the original image, and I can see why you tilted it, but the stark white just doesn't do it for me, sorry... a darker color might make a difference though, perhaps a near black that matches the color of the silhouettes?

I like the colors and geese, but I find the tilted horizon very distracting. I have never seen it used effectively in landscape shots, IMO. Is that the sun that is causing the part of the sky on the left to be so bright? If so, I wonder how it would look if you used a wider angle and included it.
I agree about cloning out the far right goose.
