Nice shot. I think you could remove those objects, but the difference will be subtle because like you said, the image is pretty busy already. A cool scene, though.

Thanks for posting. Here is my non-professional impression.
I don't see a subject for the capture. There are many potential subjects to pick from. The couple palying in the surf, the couple walking the beach, the row of umbrellas, the pier, the hotel. You may be better served if you picked one of those so the eye can settle on the subject and then take in the rest of the image. You have the inherent problem of white sand beach, light colored water and gray sky not allowing for contrast in the image. Everything just seems flat to me. Shooting during the golden hours can increase your chances of obtaining what you want. In general, the preferred f stops for landscapes is f8 or f11. This and the use of hyperfocus yields the desired DOF. I'm sure there are others who can give you more detailed feedback, but I wanted to provide you with something. Keep shooting and posting!
