Default Umpires View

Hey there i just need to get a few opinions here. This is a shot at a local tennis court looking through a wired fence. Im trying to get multiple points of interest here like the chair in the foreground to be on the 1/3 rules, the net as a lead line and the other chairs/courts to be layering effects.

Composition wise is this doing too much? Also i did make the image more colder/blue on purpose to give it a more lonely feel. Is it too much or should i tone it back to the more natural look?

PS: This is my first ever DSLR i bought in August

I don't really know what I'm supposed to be looking at here -- in general photos need to have a subject that the photo will lead your eye to ... I don't know what your subject is. And it is too blue for me ... keep trying!

Good point about not having any particular subject. I'll try and put something in context that will make it more interesting.

My thought is that, since the umpire's chair is the prominent foreground feature, the shot should feature the tennis court, since that's what the umpire is there to watch. Unfortunately, the tennis court is mostly cropped out and the building in the background is the main attraction. A higher vantage point, looking down at the court, might make this a better photo.
