Earlier in the summer I was fishing in Alaska, and saw this sunset happening. I took a lot of pictures of it; struggling to find some foreground element to add some interest to the scene, having no cooperation from the nearby humpback whales. As the boat turned, I saw the sunset reflecting in the wake, on an otherwise flat calm evening. Does this work? Other thoughts always welcome.

Wow! Works for me! The clouds also really make this image work. Nice!

Works for me too! Love the curves of the sea and the contrast texture of the clouds.

Nice colors and the wake does give the water surface some texture. However, the image still lacks a focal point. There is too much "plain" sky for my taste and the horizon should be leveled.
