Can you please give us some Exif info to help us figure out why is your photo so blurry, among other things (read: Critique Forum Rules).

It is a nice setting, but I think that you should have taken it with your camera moved either right or left, it's too centered for my taste. Also, you could have got a bit lower to include some of that leaves and more of the road, which would make it more dynamic and interesting.

Here is the info on the shot:
Canon EOS Rebel T2i
Fstop: f/9
Exposure: 1/100
ISO: 3200
F: 24mm
no flash

I guess this is blurry may be because i could not use tripod here. I wanted more light to come in to the picture as the road was completely covered with trees. I did take the shot of the place at the road level.
I have included that pic here, but i think the rule says that i can include only one pic for critique so i will delete the previous one.

The details for this are:
same camera and lense (18-135mm),
Exposure: 1/80
ISO: 3200
F 24mm

No need to delete the first photo, the rule does say so, but I suppose this could be treated as two versions of the same photo. What I'm trying to say is that you did not post a second photo in order to cheat, but for illustrative and learning purposes.

The shutter speeds you used are fast enough to produce sharp shots, even when you don't use a tripod. I guess the reason behind the blurriness is the high ISO you used, ie. noise. There is really a lot of noise and all the fine details are smeared, and that's a shame.

The only thing you can do when you don't have enough light is to use a tripod or some other object to support your camera while making the exposure. Most cameras are going to perform very poorly at ISO 3200 (especially the older ones), so using a tripod and a longer shutter speed is a must if one wants decent image quality. Depending on how steady you hands are, maybe you could have gotten away with ISO 800 and 1/25s for the first shot.

The second photo is much more interesting in my opinion.

Yeah, it's too bad you weren't able to use a tripod and avoid the 3200 ISO. Also, a polarizing filter would have helped improve your colors SOOC (although it wouldn't have improved your shutter speed any).

The second is a lot more imaginative. I'd like to see those leaves in the road in focus and the rest of it thrown out with some shallow depth of field.
