Hi Guys,

I recently edited this photo, I did some color, saturation adjustments and also removed what I thought didn't fit the photo.

My main problem is the bright and overexposed white-ness in the center of the photo, what do you guys recommend to do to make it these disturbing? What kind of process do you guys recommend in PS or LR?

Any other comments/suggestions would also be great!

If you shot RAW, you can do adjust exposure in ACR.

As Tito said, your best chance is doing a second processing of the raw file (if you shot it in RAW) by lowering its exposure and blending it in with this one. But not even raw can save you from every situation.
