Hi,
I happened to click this snap during my last weekend's trek. Please critique the snap and let me know how it can be made better. Also I see that the grass on the bottom left is a little dull because of the web but removing that would end up cropping it. Any ideas on that too would be appreciated. Canon SX10IS 1/80 sec , f/5 ,ISO80 Thanks, KRR |

I think this is in the wrong forum! But I like the shot with the spiral web and the spider following the rule of thirds -- nice ...

I'm not sure this is a landscape shot either, but I like the shot. The water pattern on the web makes the shot. If you shot RAW or bracketed your shots, you could take one exposure for the main part of the image and another exposure for the lower left part and use a layer mask to blend the two. Good eye!

Firstly apologies for posting this in the wrong forum. Maybe i got too excited and forgot all about it.. It surely isn't a landscape pic
![]() Thank you Crockny and Krusty for your comments. Unfortunately I hadn't clicked this one in Raw mode but will surely keep that in mind for future snaps. Note to the moderators, Can you please help me move this thread to the right forum (wildlife/ closeup shots?? ). Or you can direct me to the correct one and delete this thread too. Either way is fine with me. Thanks in advance, KRR |
