No, there is no waterscape section. It's a pretty good shot, but could use a stronger subject. I'm assuming your subject is the distant arch. It's interesting, but too small in your shot to really hold my interest.

I would suggest taking this shot in the golden hours when the light is softer and the rocks should not be blown out. Also, I would be careful about using apertures smaller than about f/13, or you may start to get diffraction. I think it would also help if you could have composed the shot with some of those rocks on the beach acting as foreground interest.
