please give your opinion as i'm a beginner

A good shot.
-The composition is good for me
-I can't really tell if the shot is steady due to the small image. I suggest a tripod to take out one variable.
-The reflection on the water is good to me
- I don't like how the blue bled into the building on the right side of the frame

I like the shot. It looks good for a hand-held shot. The only thing I don't like is that it looks like you really jacked up the saturation. I would decrease the saturation for a more natural looking shot.

Next time, I would use ISO 100 and a tripod. A tripod can be used for self-defense also!

I don't really understand the wording of your poll question, so I didn't vote.

it is useful for me
the blue shade on building is little bit there on original picure but as i have edited it and saturated it, blue became bit more darker on building

You're welcome. You may want to check your horizon also. It looks a little lower on the left side.
