Hey everybody
Here's a couple of pictures which I took today morning...I know the composition is terrible and I'm sure your comments will definitely help me improve. regards Russel Last edited by russel73; 09-23-2011 at 07:45 PM. |

Welcome Russel !!
Thats a great pic man! The composition is ok for me! I like the colors and the reflections, i would just get rid of that red spot in the water. Cheers

Looks very good to me, including the composition. For this type of reflection shot, I think it's ok to put the horizon in the middle of the frame. That reflection of the building on the right is almost cut off.
Even though you shot at ISO 100, I see some noise. I don't know if it's from your processing or what?

Thanks for all the comments Guys
)Thanks @giannisna; I was thinking the same about the red bouys...will remove it. Thanks @Krusty79...Noted. And yes it came from post processing. The original was a bit underexposed. Yes @ceremus you are right, it was indeed underexposed. |

I think the color is a bit off, if you are doing editing in PS, you want to try reducing some red and increase a bit of blue to suit the atmosphere (and not just the weird blues in the building with the other portions too warm) because I think because of your foreground, it feel better to be cold than warm.
Just my opinion.
