sonnenberg mansion

I am trying to take more photos of buildings and architecture. This photo was taken on a very bright day with a ND fader filter. I would like to know if the reflected image in the pond works, it is not as dramatic as I had hoped. Should the mansion be further off centre? Can the composition be improved? tks

exposure 1/100

I don't know man, seems to be more rural landscape than buildings. I think the problem with this shot is that the building is not very obvious.

Hi Jayberg,
After checking with you about editing your image, here it is. I just cropped it and added some color. Still, the tree on the right is in the way and I think a lower camera position would have helped.
Keep shooting -

Default Not possible

It seems to me that what you wanted to do is basically impossible. I like the reflection very much but there's just not enough to reflect of the building. I guess getting closer and choosing to shoot just the building from a left or right angle, perhaps using the trees as a framing device, would be my choice in this situation. Any nice aquatic plants that might be useful in a "reflections closeup"? Keep experimenting.
