Default Strolling

A shot of two persons walking along the path. I converted to black and white and sharpened it. I am just wondering if my composition works in this image and conversion to black and white. Thank you.

I like the composition except for the overhanging branches. Sometimes they are useful for framing this shot, but in this case, I think they detract from the feeling of wide open spaces.

I think you have a dynamic range issue because you still have some dark areas with little detail.

I wish they allowed you to post two images because it's easier to say if the B&W conversion worked if we can see the original color image.
