And what exactly are your questions?
I wouldn't put that watermark in the middle of the picture... |

You're really supposed to ask for feedback on specific elements of your shot. I will say that I could not tell it was the Golden Gate Bridge if you did not say it was. I would like to see some part of the bridge that identifies it as the GG. So, in that regard, the image is too abstract for me because I can't identify the bridge. Also, I expect to see grey fog, not sepia colored.
What exactly did you want to show in your shot? It makes it difficult to give a critique when I don't know what you were going for in the image.

I see only fog. Pardon me but I have to be very straight forward with you. There is no focus point, no composition at all. Watermark shouldn't even be in the middle, people usually put it at the top left or bottom right when it usually receive the most attention out of the 4 corner.

I like how the bridge fades into the fog. I also can't tell that it's the Golden Gate bridge, but it's still a pretty good picture of it.
I don't think that the sepia really works for this picture, though. I think it would look better in color. But if you like the sepia, that's fine. The Watermark doesn't look so great right in the middle. When it's in the middle, you just can't see the picture very well. It's really distracting. Usually, when people put their watermark in the middle of the picture, they make it fade a little, so that you can kind of see through it. But most people put their watermarks in one of the 4 corners of the photo. That way, it is still there, but it doesn't distract from the picture as much. And just to help you out, you're supposed to ask a specific question, so that we know what to help you out with.

If you're asking for some critique on composition, I might crop it just at the point that it's disappearing into the fog, Otherwise, the whole right side of that image is kind of pointless.
