There are a lot of hard shadows that make portions of the photo underexposed. I'm not sure how long your shutter was open for but based on your iso of 3200 and aperture of f/5.6 I'm going to assume it was open for a short period of time.
Typically with night shots results can be improved drastically by mounting the camera to a tripod and opening the shutter for several seconds. Try leaving the shutter open for 2-5 seconds (or longer) and see if that helps fill in some of the dark areas a bit more. Note that doing this may require decreasing the ISO a bit since the long exposure will already allow more light to come in.
