Composition: the first thing I noticed is the rock in lower left corner. The bridge is the main subject, but I find that rock a bit distracting. I also noticed that you placed the horizon in the middle, but I don't think that it takes away from the overall composition.
Processing: I suppose this look was your intention, but it's definitely not my thing. That very bright yellow settlement on the left bank is a bit of an attention grabber. The blue fog behind the left bridge pillar and at right frame edge looks unnatural to me. Also, the whole image is very soft. Again, not sure what you wanted to achieve, so I'm just giving you my view of the elements. Hope it helps.

Thanks Milosh....

I appreciate your comments, this is the other edit I had done, which removed the little group of building (but I had left the boat) and post. It was also cropped differently. Seems this would be to your preference, so you did help me decide.

What my intention was to bring out the amazing sky that was present over the bridge.

Scott, did you bracket this and blend in Photomatix? If so, I would use the exposure blending side rather than the tonemapping. I think you'll get much more realistic results, get rid of the haloing, and still retain great detail in the foreground and sky. It will look a lot closer to how it actually was when you were there.

In landscape photography, when you shoot is more important than where you shoot.

I did tonemap it..... Here is exposure blending.... not really sure which I prefer, they both have some merit...
