Default Forest Creek

Just did my first shoot with long exposures and first time messing around in Lightroom. Tell me what you think.

Overall, the whole shot looks a tad dark.

You shot this picture at f/22 for 20sesconds. This could have been accomplished with a much lower shutter speed and larger aperture. For these types of shots, I normally use the shutter priority mode set anywhere from 1-2 seconds and let the camera choose the aperture.

My eye is drawn to the large bit of water in the lower part of the picture. Putting that more in the middle part of the picture with maybe the rest of the stream leading up to it would work better.

The picture also looks a bit blurry to me. Did you add that as a glausian blur?

as someone already said this does look too dark. Also, the cool part of this shot is the water and capturing its movement. Get closer and really show us what caught your attention! This will create a much more dramatic photograph and also help with the other suggestion of moving the large white area towards the middle of your image.
