I like the perspective you used, very interesting! Exposure of the river and ground is ok, but the light is too harsh generally. If you had shot this early in the morning, when some light fog was present either between the trees or above the river, and sky had a soft pastel colour, it would be awesome. If we turn that into a critique, you should have shot this at a different time of day (preferably in the morning).

Andy, like the shot a lot.

The rules everyone are referring to are to post up details of the shot such as lens used, iso, shutter speed, f number, as it becomes much easier to analyse the picture and say where it went wrong/right with these details.

Pass them on, and I'm sure more people (with far more wisdom than I) will give you some critique.

Hi nice looking image, just not great I find myself looking at the sky my eye is drawn to it. no point of interest.?
