After I got home I started wondering if this would have been better with the land in silhouette. What do you folks think?

I like the sky and the hints of the reflection in the water, but there's something about that entire lower left quarter of the image that bothers me. It feels kind of "blah" compared to the rest of the space (which makes sense, since it is just a pile of rocks and the rest of the image has so much more going on). It's not that bad, it's just a fairly large piece of real estate in the image that doesn't add a lot. Still, I definitely like the other 75% of the shot! Nice work.

It's fine without the shilouette, but it might help to bring down the brightness a bit (the whole thing) Maybe a little more contrast too.
