This shot was taken in Bangalore, India. The motive of the shot was to capture the light;
I want to capture light like this and need to know if there is anything I can do to get good photos.

Anyone's comments are appreciated

I like the colors of the light quite a bit, and the motion blur helps strengthen the photo.

A few things I noticed:

There's a strong specular highlight at the top edge, near the left corner of the photo that I find distracting. It's so much brighter than the rest of that part of the photo that it draws my eye immediately. It should be relatively easy to fix this in post.

The wall at lower left is much brighter than the train and it hasn't much detail. Both of these (and the position) make it a distraction for me. Its color is nicely in the pallette of the photo, but I'd recommend either cropping it out or adjusting your position so that it doesn't form the edge of the final image.

The photo looks like it is tilted to the right. This might be an optical illusion caused by a pole that isn't vertical and the angle of the train, since the vertical edge of the wall looks to be at the correct angle.

Recommendation: I'd look for a composition that keeps the strong diagonal of the train and the interesting colors but minimizes the much brighter elements right at the edges of the photo.
