Can you please critique composition (maybe a tight crop), crispness and how milky effect fits the picture (did I get it right)?

The long exposure effect is OK but as you already mentionned, the crop is terible.
The angle of the shot also could be better.

Unfortunately that was the only position I could take the picture from.

What would be a better crop?

The tiny bit of purple flowers in the bottom corner is distracting for me, so a crop that had more of them (so they become an element in the photo), or a crop that didn't show them would be better. Also, the part of the water that goes off the right side of the frame is distracting, rather than being led up/down the water, it almost allows the viewers eyes to escape. The shot definitely has some good aspects though, the exposure is good, I like the shutter speed, just the right amount of blur IMO.

Yep, I completely agree with both of you.

I will go back there and I try to find a better place (and hopefully a better light) to tak the shot!
