Default Working to Get Better

This is my first post here. I truly enjoy landscape photography and am working to get better. Please feel free to give me any comments or advice.

Was shot on 9 Jul 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Canon 7D,
Lens: Canon ef-s, 28 - 135 mm

f Stop: f/16
Shutter Speed: 1/30
Focal Length: 28 mm
Flash: Off
ISO: 320
Exposure: 0

Tito thanks for being patient.

Specifically I am curious to hear feedback on the use of the leading lines in a horizontal orientation. Did this use of leading lines create movement and direct the viewers eye through the composition.

Does the use of the bank and the trees work to frame the shot...

What should I look to do in post production with this shot?

Any tips to help keep the tripod stable (I am experience camera shake even with a tripod due to the mirror flipping into the up position).
