This is my first posting in this forum.

Actually, I do not know what pictures are good or bad.
I want to get an eye for photograph.
I read some books for composition and other issue but not helpful.
Please let me know some guide for this.

Thank you,
Louie

Since you said this, what do you like about this photograph? I'm not sure you can learn this stuff from a book, just through your own experience. Throw your own ideas out there and let's see how the discussion goes.

In landscape photography, when you shoot is more important than where you shoot.

Is this balanced (composition point)?
How about color balance (acceptable) ?
Is this picture looks "Sunrise" or "Sunset" ?

Welcome to DPS. It looks like you have used the rule of thirds to compose your shot, which is good. I think your composition is good. Personally, I would have liked to see more of the reflection on the water. Like navcom, I usually prefer landscape mode for landscape shots. The horizontal bands of clouds would be another reason to go to landscape mode.
