You've captured a nice scene there, but I think you need a definite subject, or focal point, to give the eye something to settle on. I was thinking a groundskeeper or a player(s) warming up. Right now, I think it's a cool scene with potential, but my eye just wanders over the image.
Maybe the angle is causing the dirt not to look too dark relative to the grass. Just guessing. Sometimes you can give the colors some nice "pop" with a Levels adjustment. Just setting the white and black points sometimes makes a huge difference. Levels: Getting the Professional 'Pop'

I agree that there should be some focal point (a lone figure on the pitcher's mound would be great). To get picky, there is a tilt from left to right that could be leveled out, and the color is shifted a little toward the reds and greens so a slight color balance adjustment would be good.
