Downtown nights

Well here was my second attempt at night photography i went for a different angle this time.in this shot the waterline travels away and it sorta makes this shot seem out of level is there a way to correct this or just a different angle or dont worry about it? other critiques and comments welcomed thank you. You could "correct" it with the Lens filter in PS or LR (adjust the horizontal perspective) or by using a Transform. Alternatively, you could retake from some distance to your right along the shoreline (assuming that doesn't involve the use of a wetsuit).

All that said, I really like what you've captured here. The colors are rich and vibrant without seeming overexposed and the buildings work well in the frame. I would consider cropping the right side in the gap between the two smaller buildings and the mass of buildings in the center of the frame or expanding the frame to include the full right-most building.

I have PSE 8 it has a few straightening and distortion tools I tried it a bit on this photo just camera distortion and a little angle perspective Not sure it is an improvement on your photo. It really is a nice capture as it is.
I didin't save it but it possible with that program to do a small amount of correction
