First up I like this waterfall picture. As you point out the white spot is a problem. Walking back into my room with this on screen it looked as though someone had torn a piece out of it. All I can suggest is that you may be able to darken it in a layer in photoshop or similar to bring out some detail. Or a bit of cloning perhaps? There seems to be a natural line that could be cloned. If that is not possible you may have to lose the bottom third of the picture. Apart from that all I would do is crop out the bright rock in the bottom right corner

If you shot RAW, you could take the RAW image and darken it to see if you can recover any detail in the blown out area. If you can, you can blend that exposure with your original using a layer mask. That's why bracketing your shots helps.
Most of the pros on this site don't recommend an aperture smaller than around f/13 to avoid diffraction. It's a nice shot and I like the composition. The only suggestion I have for that it to take the shot from a lower perspective, down closer to the foreground rocks.
