Hi, First you need to read the critique rules and kindly provide us EXIF data to help you more.

It's a good start.

Honesty there is nothing so special with the photo because:

even the horizons are straight but you put in on the center of the frame which makes the photo a little bored, by the rules, it is better to put the horizons on the upper or lower third line of the frame, but sometimes breaking this rules makes a better photograph in coordination of other elements, but in this photo you are not succeded.

yeah, there is a foreground....but still there is lacking elements, try to incorporate something in your photos in which will be the main focus.

The horizon needs to be straightened, maybe crop to get a different feel, and play with the colors, the colors are washed out, but with a little time and playing I think it can be a good picture.

Here's what I did in about 2 minutes. With some time and patience i think you could have really nice picture.
