Default Bleh?

I've been stuck with crappy, grey, foggy weather for the past week. Of course this was when I was in another city I was really looking forward to shooting sunsets in. Came across these rocks though, not much color to them and the one thing I love about grey/foggy days is how it can eliminate a horizon. Does the black and white conversion make this interesting at all to you? Should I do something different? I feel like it's not quite sharp enough maybe. Thanks!

I'm no expert but I guess I would try to light it a little bit; the composition is good

Grey foggy weather is the perfect time to get some really dramatic shots in, dont miss this oppertunity just because you were expecting something else.

What you have is a black and gray conversion. There's nothing white here which leaves the image looking very flat and, as you titled this thread, "Bleh", although I might say "Blah."

I know there's a couple tutorials here on doing levels adjustments or curves adjustments. Consider looking at one of those in order to add some punch to this image.

What are you using to post-process your images? I'm sure someone here might be able to point you to a program-specific tutorial, or you could search for "program levels" or "program curves" to find a tutorial.
