Default Madison Capitol Silhouette

Shooting after a storm earlier this week. I'm looking for advice on silhouettes in general & how this was pulled off. Is there a better crop out there? I'm considering printing this as a 16x20 wrapped canvas.

From Misc Photographs

EXIF:
ISO 200
Exposure 30s
Aperture 20
ND 10 filter
Focal length 48mm

I would have liked to use bulb exposure, but I couldn't get my remote to work with my D90.

Thanks for looking!

Hello,

I like this concept and the interaction between the dark silhouette and the colourful sky. For me, the only unpleasant thing about it is the sky which is significantly darker on the right to the point where it almost blends with the silhouette. I would try to correct that and make the whole sky brighter, so the silhouette would stand out more. There is also a lot of noise in the sky which you could probably remove successfully as there is no fine detail to be ruined by noise removal.

Thanks for the advice!

I burned in PSE to lighten the right side. Then I used noise reduction. Any thoughts on how to further improve or anything to redo in PP? I'm kind of new to PSE.

Thank you again
