Default Of Course I was without my DSLR.....

Hello everyone. I'm hoping for a bit of feedback on this image. I was driving home and for whatever reason this scene really captured my attention. There was a storm coming in and it was very windy, everything just looked pretty cool! Unfortunately the only thing I had was my little Fujifilm P&S that I carry in my purse! I took this shot, raced home to get my "other" camera, only to return to location and find the sky nothing but grey and all the clouds gone, and even worse the lighting had gone bad.

Just opinions on composition would be helpful, as this is quite close to my home and I do intend to watch for this sky again and be prepared to head back out with my DSLR to try this again.
Lonely Silo

Just a few tweaks with levels and a bit of contrast is all I've done at this point. I'm actually pretty happy with the colors!
EXIF data for P&S
ISO 200
11.2mm....i don't know if I quite understand this, but that's what data says
f/10.6
1/125th

The focal length is shorter on the P&S cameras because the sensors are smaller. Depending on the model, sometimes the EXIF will include the 35mm equivalent that takes into account the difference in sensor size.

If this is your camera: Fujifilm A100 (Discontinued Model) | Fujifilm Global

I'd say the shot you posted was probably 63mm at a full-frame equivalent.

I like the image. I might prefer it composed with the fence closer to the bottom of the frame and more of the ominous sky, but overall, it provides a good sense of what the weather was like. After all, we needed some more rain, right?

Boomer that sure does appear to be my little P&S! LOL...
Thanks for the idea about placing the fence lower with more sky. These are ideas I need for when that sky returns, and you know it will here in Iowa sometime again!

Seriously, it was 62 here today? June 23rd??? How am I gonna keep my golden glow with weather like this!
