It is slightly over-exposed to me, but not so much to the detriment of the image. The comp seems fine and the colours are striking.

Thanks do you think the wooden pilings at the bottom distracting? if i crop them out i loose the water reflections maybe ill try to reshoot it and bring the tripod higher to get the pilings out of the scene?

I find the colors in this image to be very beautiful, and until you mentioned the wood pilings I didn't find them noticeable! Now of course I'm looking at them.....
It's a very nice composition.
I agree with Bruce, it may be just a "touch" over exposed....

I didn't notice the wood until I read about it. The colors on the overpass are great. IMHO the buildings on the left might be a little over exposed, but I have seen professional images that seemed much more over exposed. Great job.

I like the bridge, and I like the cityscape, but they're not working very well together.

A bit overexposed IMO in the highlights, but midtones/shadows look good. If shot in RAW the highlights probably could be recovered somewhat. Also, there is just a touch of pincushioning.
Would have made for a great HDR shot but it's nice as is.
