Default Morning at the rocks

Hey, i was just wondering what you guys though about this phot, silly me left the iso on 1600, but iw as wondering if you thought it was noticable on first look, to a consumer that wouldnt go to such detail, and also just what you though about composition, cropping which i used a 3-1 ratio, yeah any ideas would be great. thanks

I think this is a cool picture. For me it's a bit to small to really analyze how much noise and sharpness there is.

Yeah, it's hard to tell how much damage that 1600 did (or didn't) do. Do you have a larger version that shows more detail?

Exactly, the size is too small to judge on the noise and sharpness. Also, the whole photo seems very blurry, I think that's due to your resizing and maybe a low jpeg quality you used for exporting.
Other than that, I think it's pretty nice and dynamic shot, except for that bright light on the right which is drawing attention and the underexposed rocks, just like in your previous post.

i do, but yeah, on lightroom, it looks pretty shocking ha, im going out tomrrow morning, to get a better shot of a similar location, just to expose the rocks as much as i can, there HDR the background light in, but im going to watch my iso, so stupid :\ i have to remember to watch all my settings before i shoot. :\
thanks guys, i think its blurry just cause of the water, like the longexporsure look, and the upload size is very low quality ha, so it downlaods faster.

That's great, but if your question has to do anything with noise or sharpness, it won't help us at all.

I'll add my voice to the "more" chant. I like the shot a lot. Just wish there was more of it to see. *squints*
