I am too new to DSLR, I have taken a fair few shots, I dont have anyone too refect my work off, so please any critistm or comments are welcome. I have used my new Nikon D3100. I have attached a few. i am sorry I should attach the formation and settings, but at the moment cant do. Most were taken in Auto, as I am a bit scared and unknown on venturing into Manual. And if I did take a good shot in Manual it would be a flook as I am not sure of settings yet.

You're really only supposed to submit one image at a time for a critique and ask for feedback on specific aspects of it. That being said, I think your first and third images are good. The second one doesn't do much for me.
Since you're shooting landscapes, I would also encourage you to try aperture priority. Most lenses are sharpest around f/8 and you can get some good depth of field in your shots if you shoot around f/8 or f/11. If you go too much smaller, you may get diffraction, which degrades sharpness.
