Default Bay Reflection

This is my first time using this site so im hoping for some good feedback. The image can be found here
Untitled | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

I took it on a canon rebel XSi 55mm 2 second exposure f/5.6 ISO 800.

Just wondering what anyone thinks and if thres any advice for getting rid of the light spots.
Particularly the one to the left of the reflection on the water.

Thank you in advance!

You can try shooting with a lens hood. Smaller aperture can help give lights more of a star looking appearance, also the photo looks tilted down to the right but that can be fixed in photoshop or lighroom.

Welcome to DPS. Well, I see a bright light reflected in the water. I don't know what you wanted to show in this shot, as everything else is so dark. What was your intent for this shot?

That light is too bright and distracting for me. And the rest is too dark, so all you're really seeing is a bright light with reflection.
Sorry.
