Hello there,
I think your idea of using a foreground object is great, but the statue you've chosen is too big and too imposing in my taste, since I consider the people in the background to be main subjects. Which of the two do you consider to be main subjects? Also, since you were already shooting this composition, I would love if you moved just a little to the right, so the statue would cover the bright light that's poking my eyes right now.

milosh... the statue is actually the main subject... i was interested in its design... the melting clock and the form that actually looks like a humanoid form... the rest is the backdrop of the statue... thank you for your input... the bright light is definitely distracting and i do wish in hindsight that i moved to cover it with the statue...
windrider... i have no specific questions.. just want to hear honest feedback... good or bad... which i can't get from the sys section... if you think that's out of bounds for the critique section please delete the post... i'm sorry for the trouble... |

I also could not tell if your subject was the clock or the woman posing for pictures. You've got two potentially good shots there, but now they're kind of merged together.

Thats fine, just be sure to say something like that in your post, rather than a what do you think question.
