dont forget to put your exif data in easiest to get off of your flicer page.

This is a shot that makes your eyes go WOW, it is pretty pleasing. The left side is a bit bright but it is a keeper.

This is a pretty interesting shot thanks to an unusual perspective and appealing foreground (grass).
You're right about trying to shoot every separate image with the same settings, but only some settings should be kept the same. Ideally, you would use manual mode on your camera, a same aperture for every shot and the same focus (manual focus on the first frame and don't change it afterwards). But, you have to compensate for the exposure by changing your shutter speed. In your photo, the sky on the left is way overexposed! Adjusting the exposure of the sky between the frames and keeping the foreground properly exposed would be tricky, you would have to use some technique to get both properly exposed in single shots (merging in PS, GND filters, or HDR), and then stitch them together.
That said, you're better off finding some evenly lit scenes than trying all of this.

Also, regarding your composition, I know it's a panorama, and they usually don't include foreground subjects, but I would like to see one.

I like the scene a lot and I feel it has a strong panoramic appeal, however, as has been pointed out above the upper left area that's extremely overexposed sucks a lot of the oomph outta the photo.

It would be very difficult to compensate for that without affecting the other shots in your panoramic, and I'm no expert on panorama to begin with, but I think milosh is probably on the right track.

Ideally you might want to try this same scene when the sun is at the opposite end of the sky or, lower on the horizon, or if there's another angle that puts the sun further out of the frame. That way you'd have an easier time controlling the exposure for all 4 shots of the panorama and you'd keep the amazing colors all the way across the sky.

Hope this helps, best of luck!
