Interesting shot. It looks like the bright sky has caused the building to be underexposed. I think you could crop out the sky on the left. Someone on another thread said that odd numbers work better in photos vs. even numbers. You have those two prominent windows in your shot and I think that gives it a more static feel vs. having one or three windows. That could just be me, though. I don't think you could have done anything about that, however.
