Sorry, but the green seems like a strange color choice and it is not working for me. Assuming this is a sunset, I think you need a more interesting sky also. It's good that you included the people for a focal point - I would prefer the shot composed using the rule of thirds, as they are down in the corner now.

Besides what Krusty said, I noticed a slightly leaning horizon.
Also, I would heavily crop the shot to place the silhouettes in the middle (vertical orientation) and waves in the upper third. That way you would have interesting and large enough silhouetes together with nice water..
But the green is weird for me also..
