Hi!

I love the idea behind the photograph! That light trail is very tron-like!

What I would do is the following:

Composition:
1) Crop tighter to have less sky from above, from below so that there is just a small margin to the edge of the photo to the lowest reflection of light, to the left bring it closer to the city, the extra hill don't add too much and then if the city is the last point in the photograph you give your Tron a sense of direction to where it is going

Adding more "tronness":
I would swing the whole colour scheme of the photo to blue to have that feeling from the movie.

Levels adjustment
Maybe you could have a play with levels in PS to set the higher and lower end of your tonal range and then play with the midtones slider and than with contrast to bring out more detail from your shot. It all seems to be a bit bundled together towards the low (dark) end of the tonal range. You can make the picture even more interesting that way because you will be able to bring out more detail, and it will look like a perfect Sunny day in "Tron"

I love the idea behind the pic! Nicely done!

Sorry, this photo's far too dark for me to be able to make any worthwhile comment.. Light trails are cool, but if you can't see the environment they're in, then there's no point. You'd have got a better "tron" effect with a 30 second exposure, so the brige was more visible and you could actually see the environment the light trails were in without turning up the brightness on my monitor to the point where I was giving Blackpool a run for its money.
