Default sidewalk cafe - night time

Morning all. This is an hdr from 6 different shots I think. I've been trying to get some nice shots of this little Port City Java cafe and the courtyard that is outside of it. I happened to be on campus just after dark and grabbed my gear to see what I could get. Everyone's comments are greatly appreciated and I'm fairly new here so please don't hesitate to tear me a new one. Thanks

The exposure (light levels) looks good.

The "blurryness" of the trees (especially) and the rear wall (to a lesser extent) is a distraction. Was it breezy (trees) or a DOF problem. Maybe a smaller aperture may help if it wasn't breezy.

Aesthetics.
I feel it could do with a crop to remove a lot of the dead area in the foreground and possibly some off the left (just leaving the near tree trunk in) to tighten it up.

Over all it is a good architectural study and I do like it.

Richard thank you for your comments. It was def. a bit breezy out but that only explains the trees. I actually did a round of exposure at f11, I think, but didn't spend anytime processing those. I'll take a look at those tonight and see if the rear wall is crisper. I didn't even notice that when I was looking through the photos.

I did a quick crop of the image I uploaded to DPS to get your opinion. The image quality may have suffered but do you like this crop better? I had already cropped out a bit of the foreground and left side prior to posting but I liked being able to see the left edge of the building.

Thanks again for comments.

That crop works better for me.
