I like this shot. I'd just straighten out the horizon and crop it a little, limit some of the whites, and sharpen...

Your foreground is blurred, probably due to your using f5.6 and focussing at the horizon. I suggest you alter the aperture to the smallest possible, ideally f/16 or above, and then focus halfway into the foreground.. This should help your picture a lot.. Also, an NDGrad upside down would help with your exposure problems, but if you don't have one, I'd suggest you under expose the photo by two stops and fix it in the computer after (Shoot in RAW)

Nice choice of subject there

It's a good shot...

Beach that have many sea shell on it shore is one the best subject can be..
